1

Every year a different decor for a photo shoot becomes more relevant. These can be ready-made photo zones or thematic elements. One of these are the big numbers, which are often used at children's parties or for a photo in honor of the anniversary for a couple. Often their cost is quite high. Therefore, we offer several simple workshops with the help of which you can do the numbers yourself.

Simple number of roses

Those who are not engaged in needlework are better off to start by trying to do something simple. For example, the number of roses will be able to perform any novice. After all, the main thing is to follow the instructions and not be afraid to experiment.

We will prepare such materials:

  • large cardboard;
  • corrugated paper;
  • glue in the gun;
  • scissors and knife;
  • stapler;
  • a pen.

On the cardboard we draw a number of the required size and shape. If you wish, you can make a big and small option for the decor. Carefully cut out the figure with a stationery knife so that there are no creases on it.
Getting to the preparation of roses.To do this, cut the corrugated paper and cut it into strips.

Stretch the paper a bit to make it convenient to form a flower. Due to this, the length of the strip increases significantly.Bend the upper edge of the strip in the inner side.

Turn the strip on its back, as shown in the photo.Fold the edge of the paper, forming not a complete triangle.Roll up the rest of the paper to the beginning of the triangle, forming the core. To make the flower more even, it is better to use a pen to create it, as shown in the photo. Gradually wind the corrugated paper, fixing along the bottom edge. The more layers of paper there are, the more open the rosette will be.

When the flower is of the required shape, take out the handle and fix the base with a stapler. Form the rest of the flowers. If you wish, you can make them colored, then the figure will be very bright and unusual. Lay out the roses on the blank, if necessary, make a few more pieces.

When everything is ready, take a flower and cut it off at the base. Apply a little hot glue on the blank and glue a rose. The remaining tail is not thrown away, and leave to work. Fill the entire blank with roses.

When the main part of the work is done, proceed to the remaining tails. Align them alternately and glue them to empty spaces. If desired, you can fluff them up a little more, so that the figure looks even more voluminous.

A wonderful number for the holiday is ready!
